I’ve tried to do “photo a day” projects before, but I’ve always failed after the first couple of days. One of the reasons why I can never stick with it is the pressure of trying to take the photos, edit them, and upload them every day. I just don’t have the time to do that consistently on a daily basis.
But, my husband gave me a new camera for Christmas, and it is truly amazing. I have been using my Nikon D5100 (which he also gave me) since 2014. My new camera, the Nikon D810, is a serious upgrade and I am so excited to see what I can do with it. Hence, the photo a day project, which I’m hoping will give me the opportunity to take lots of pictures and especially of subjects I don’t normally photograph. To take the pressure off, I’ll be uploading my photos just once a a week instead of every day.
