a snow day

To be honest, in my thirty years on this planet, never has it snowed this much before Halloween. While I am certainly not ready to usher in the cold, winter months (and all of that shoveling!), the snow does make some people happy. Eight-year-old girls, for instance, are big fans…

    Glad to hear you’ve got power! We’ve been out since Saturday. Hopefully, we’ll be getting it back soon. Crazy weather!

    You’re still without power? That’s awful! We actually never lost ours, but some people did in surrounding areas. It was a little strange to be shoveling the driveway in October. Thankfully, it is melting quickly. I’m not ready for winter yet!
